Words once fired are like arrows - can't be withdrawn

When the company distributes the business cards among employees there is no control over the data, in terms of updating it with information when needed.
An employee leaving a company, or changing their contact number is not being reflected on business cards which makes it difficult for the enterprise to keep a track of it.
