India is one the world’s top exporter of textiles. Huge infrastructure and manpower are required and India has them in abundance. However the govt. has identified textiles as a high emission intensity industry.
That’s a huge money drain, and definitely unacceptable.
What’s precisely causing this issue?
It’s mostly the usage of single-use plastic and not focusing on plastic recycling.
It’s the tires of your car.
When you drive your car, it produces some tiny particles and directly emits them into the environment. Along with tires, other parts like brakes also contribute to this emission.
